No, we do not want anything to interrupt the Arab spring, because such an interruption would leave Egyptian society, in specific, and Arab culture, in general, mired in the current condition that gives rise to such religiously motivated terrorism. In fact, incidents like this are concocted for the very purpose of interrupting the Arab spring.

Oh my, "Obama urges all sides to exercise restraint!!!" Wow!!! That's just a step below issuing a strongly worded rebuke (to all sides). Before you know it, he might commission a panel to study the issue and file a report.
This administration has lost all credibility as to our capacity or will to act in world affairs. Nobody is concerned about the American response. Ask the Iranians, who dare to plan an attack on American soil.
It's a legitimate question as to whether Obama's foreign policy is worse than his domestic policy or the other way around.
The election can't come soon enough.
