CBS's Bob Schieffer tried to tear down Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) in this Face the Nation interview. Rubio showed him a thing or two.
There is a lot of talk in Republican circles that Rubio is the obvious choice for VP in 2012. It is an interesting proposition. Rubio appears to have a firm grip on the issues.

Rubio had a firm grip the night he got elected that "This is not a mandate, its a second chance." Too bad his party didn't listen. They've blown it. Watch for the state senate to flip in Wisconsin next month. That's going to make bigger waves than Walker getting elected at all. And he'll be out on his ear in early 2012.
