Sounds like a strange headline, doesn't it? Not when you realize that on June 12, the Big Match will be between Sweden and those pesky Israelis.

Yes, indeed. The anarchists and the Islamists will again link arms and stage a "Day of Rage" against Israel. This brings back memories of the 2009 Davis Cup match in Malmo between Sweden and Israel when authorities had to have the match played at an empty stadium because of the rioters who would have turned it into a...well...riot.
Not even Israeli athletes are safe from the crazies and the thugs (as we learned in Munich in 1972.) One would think that after Munich, there might be some measure of respect and civility at events in which Israeli athletes participate. Not so.
Sweden is rapidly acquiring an international reputation where rabid anti-Semitism holds sway. It would behoove the Swedes to work hard to crack down on those who have sullied her reputation.
If they are so inclined.

At least they aren't playing the Brits. The fans of Manchester United are a match for the rage of anti-Israel immigrants.
(The fans of my favorite soccer team, Oxford United -- albeit they have abandoned their stadium in Headington -- would never behave like that.)
Just in case your capacity for analogy is less that that of a UCSCCS major, I KNOW you are talking about handball. I'm talking about fan behavior and comparing it to raging protester behavior.
Tell those narcissistic nihilists to get a life.
