The below video is a German news report on Islam in Germany. It focuses on the Turkish community and features a female apostate from Islam in Germany and human rights activist Serap Cileli. Some of the scenes are disturbing (including a stabbing of a woman by her husband in Turkey as police stand by and do nothing and a stoning in Iran.) The video is in German with English sub-titles.




Turkish guest workers have been coming to Germany for over a generation now. It is undeniable that they have suffered discrimination throughout the past decades. Unfortunately, Turkey is drifting away from the West and toward a more radical version of Islam in contravention of their secularism that had been established by Mustafa Ataturk during his rule in the early 20th century.

The dirty little open secret in Europe is that many Muslim women in Europe are being subjected to repression and sharia within their communities in contravention of the rights that they should be enjoying in the West. The situation is basically tolerated by European authorities who would rather turn their heads than violate political correctness and be accused of being "Islamophobic".

Then there is the so-called "moderate" Muslim leader, a man everyone turns to when they want to "reach out" to the Muslim community. Yet, this man will not condemn stoning.
