Alan Grayson Says Republicans Want to Take Food Out of the Mouths of Children

Alan Grayson (D-FL), the winner of the 2009 Fousesquawk "Jerk of the Year" award, went on the House floor Monday and said this about Republicans. (The remarks arose out of Republican opposition to the unemployment extension bill.)

(That has not been edited. It's the entire speech.)

Kind of reminds you of that Oliver Twist movie, doesn't it? Evil rich Republicans "living off their dividends" and trying to take America back to the days when everybody is digging through trash dumps.

"May I have some more, please Mr Republican"

That's right, Alan. It's a big conspiracy. Actually, Grayson's words sound eerily similar to that old manufactured story about the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion".

I do believe that he actually believes the Protocols are real

99% of Muslims do.

I nominate him for "Jerk of the Decade." (See what I mean about left wingers believing people on the right are evil? I know he doesn't represent the left but you see this type of attribution far too often.)

Alan Grayson is an embarrasment to the U.S. House of Representatives. He "does not know, what he does not know". This makes him dangerous.
