Meanwhile in Toronto.....
In case you didn't know, there is a big G-8 summit going on in Toronto. Wisely, the Toronto Blue Jays rescheduled their games with the Phillies to Philadelphia. It turned out to be a good move. Watch the animals in action.

Why don't these diplomats meet on St. Helena or something? Do they really need the pleasures and distractions of a large urban center? Is is worth the prestige of holding one of these meetings, to spend all this money on police protection?
I don't even understand what these people are protesting exactly.
