Thursday evening, a dead body was found in the bushes on the UC Irvine campus. The body carried no identification, and a plastic bag was covering the head. At this point, positive ID is pending, but it is believed it may be that of Mahesh Mahadevan (23) a student from India, who was reported missing last Saturday. Suicide is suspected according to the school.
