It looks like the students who got out of line in recent protests, sit-ins and occupations at UC Berserkeley are complaining about the Code of Conduct now. See the article below by the Daily Californian:

Sadly, the little rascals just don't get it. The reason resolution of these constant incidents on UC campuses is so confusing and time consuming has little to do with the violation, but more with who the perps and victims are. I expect the officials at Berserkeley know who did what. It's just that they need to decide how to punish them (if at all). That takes a lot of time, you know. It takes meetings, phone calls, reading all the letters from outside interest groups, more meetings, memos, reviews, more meetings and who knows what else. Take the two cases under investigation at UC-Irvine involving George Galloway's fund raiser last May and the disruption of the Israeli ambassador's speech in February. In both cases, most of the people charged with investigating the incidents were present. (I was also present for both events, but nobody ever interviewed me.) We are still awaiting resolution.
