Is There an Iranian/Saudi Cash Pipeline to US Universities?

Below is an interesting report from the New York Post about the Iranian Alavi Foundation, whose offices have been seized recently by the FBI.

Shameful as these allegations are, it raises a larger question; How much money is being funneled to American universities from entities such as Saudi Arabia for the purposes of establishing Middle East Studies departments stocked with anti-Israel professors-and for taking a sympathetic/acquiescent stance toward radical Muslim Student organizations and radical anti-Israel speakers?

This is not surprising. I have always thought there were way to many Muslims being educated in Western Colleges. I believe it to be a dangerous mistake.

Bryan,

You're thinking of the New York Times.

Pretty sure I'm thinking of the Post. That rag is a joke, barely one step above checkout stand tabloid trash.

Agreed, but the same must now be said about the NYT.
