What's the answer? Well, this is a close one, but the deranged speaker is Ward Churchill, so that eliminates "d" since Churchill wasn't around in those days (wrong Churchill). Since he's not Russian and doesn't have the requisite degree, it can't be "a". He doesn't live in London, so I guess it can't be "c". He's not the president of Sudan, so that eliminates "b".
Soooo, that leaves.......
