Howard Dean as Surgeon General?



News item: Reuters is reporting that Howard Dean is under consideration by the Obama Administration to become Surgeon General.

The last Surgeon General who actually did something that mattered was Koop. Think about it. Would Dean do more harm than good? And what does the Surgeon General do any way?

Plus this will be the only time in his life that he will be putting on a uniform.
