Milan Schoolbus Driver: No Regrets

Below is an article in Il Giornale, which I have translated. It gives an update on how Mr Ousseynou Sy is doing since his arrest. In this report, Sy expresses absolutely no regret for his actions. Now he is sitting in Milan's San Vittore prison enjoying his new-found friends from the Mafia, Camorra, N'drangheta and assorted other lowlifes, who have one redeeming characteristic. They don't care much for those who attack children.

The Senegalese who hijacked a bus with 51 small children on board is not apologizing for what occurred. He forcefully affirmed his gesture and, fact, in front of the magistrates, explained the motives for the attack on the bus. " Repent? No repentance. It was something that I had to do and would do again. One hundred times. Why did I do it? To send a signal to Africa. The Africans must stay in Africa."

Words that weigh and in fact underline how determined the man was in his death plan. As Corriere della Sera reports, the words of Sy are the confirmation of the strategic matrix of of the driver's gesture. He doesn't even fear justice and the long legal process that he will have to face. "That's nothing, I took it into account. I wanted an (impactful) gesture. The world had to talk about me," he confided to his lawyer. What instead seems to lend to a mental infirmity. "In my judgment, he gave serious signs of imbalance, and the manner in which the investigating judge had to carry out the interrogation was aimed out verifying this aspect," said the attorney, Davide Lacchini. " To him, he was not interested in the national reaction, but the impact on an international level that he action could have. He wanted to go to Linate (Milan's airport) alone. Today, as yesterday, he constantly repeated that he didn't want to hurt the children."

But now, in fact, after the attack on the bus the doors of San Vittore prison have already been thrown open for him. There, other inmates have welcomed him with eggs and orange. One throw landed against his cell. The prisoners didn't allow him to close his eyes. He is located in the 5th (corridor), that of protected prisoners, the prisoners who cannot be together with the others. Within the prison code, those who (attack) children have an added penalty that which is (experienced) on a daily basis in relations with other prisoners. The rule doesn't change for Sy who has had to deal with this reality. He is seen in his cell with  a white t-shirt and jeans. Over  a checkered shirt. Slippers on his feet. As reported by Corriere, his clothes, those he wore on the bus were partly burned. The final sign of a day of madness that has left a mark perhaps forever in the lives of 51 small children and their teachers.

Sweden's New Halal Smorgasbord

I have translated an article from the Swedish blog, Katarina Magasin which involves the halal food industry in Sweden. More and more food is passed onto Swedish consumers without their being aware that it is halal (from meat slaughtered according to Islamic custom).

How Sweden is Islamicized through food-jihad. Halal-marked food is sneaked onto consumers


Halal food has come to Swedish food stores without consumers being aware of this. Halal markings are made with very small symbols in Arabic that Swedes cannot read. The question is: Where is the possibility to choose or not choose products when they are sneaked in this way? There can be both ideological and religious reasons for not wanting to buy halal since Islam is a religion which includes a political system, laws (sharia) and belief in Allah as God. Food jihad, which means Islamization through food, is a strategy used and involves taking over the food so that it becomes Islamic for all inhabitants of the country.  The goal is to introduce sharia law, and halal is one of the sharia laws. As the first Swedish newspaper Katerina Magasin now writes about the phenomenon, which is part of the ongoing Islamization of Sweden. Read Ulrika Stigsson's expose.

In many Swedish stores, halal food is sold without customers being aware that they are buying these products with Islamic marking. I decide to go and visit some of our most common grocery stores, ICA, COOP and Hemkop. I find halal labels on the popular Kellogg's Corn Flakes, Frosties, K-Special and other varieties under the Kellogg brand covering several shelves.

The halal marking is tiny and must be photographed and enlarged to be able to read the Arabic.

I ask the staff at the various stores if they have halal food and they all answer, "No" or "I don't believe so." In addition, I find Thai products such as noodles, fish sauce, and soy that are also halal certified. COOP has its frozen chicken X-tra and Hemköp/Willys Chicken Eldorado, which is halal.

The Asian food businesses, originating in Thailand have almost exclusively halal marked products. For many years, I have been interested in Thai cooking, and I am a big customer of Asian stores. Now I choose the Vietnamese noodles because I don't want have halal. That Thailand is 95% Buddhist and only 3.7% Muslim the halal question becomes more interesting. How can a small minority influence and completely dominate the vast majority?

What is halal and why does it end in our goods in Swedish stores? In Islam there are sharia laws and halal is part of sharia. It includes rules that apply to all food and not only meat. Most Swedes associate halal with halal slaughter and don't know that it includes much more. Even shampoo, soap and detergents should also be halal if everything should be right.

When a product becomes halal certified, it usually takes places through a company with approved certifiers.This must be renewed and paid for every year. The purpose is to finance the implementation of sharia law in our society and the income from the certification is a part of this. I found, through a simple search, https://halalcertifiering.se/ where several companies which have received certified products are named. Some of the companies are, Ase Glass, Kallbergs, Asta Real, Can Deco, Akzo Nobel and the products are all everything from chocolate sprinkles to medicines.

Halalcerifiering AB markets its services to Swedish companies as purely economic:  "Expand your clientele with about 400,000 new customers in Sweden, and with many more when exporting to other countries!" According to a source with good insight, this is a strategy within jihad, Islamization through food, which is applicable when Islam is in the minority. Islamic states do not need halal marking because sharia law already demands that all food sold there be halal.

It is not known how much this industry is marketing. I send an email and ask Axfood about Eldorado chicken and the cost in 2018 for their halal certification? They reply to the email, but not to my question. Furthermore,  I have emailed the National Food Agency and asked if it is really legal to sell halal products labeled in Arabic with tiny symbols? They also do not answer my question, but write back with an answer that is not relevant.

Swedish companies start with halal for economic reasons and the certification (process) provides revenue that finances jihad throughout the world with everything from Koran schools to Muslim Brotherhood and terrorism.

I find a halal certificate on a company's website with the name and the title of the certifier / imam. After a search on Google, the imam pops up but now as SFI teacher and he has his own website. The homepage is mixed with Quran verses and how to read SFI:  www.asigner.net

It is not just the food that is Islamic, but also the SFI that is financed by state grants through the schoolwork. Different threads lead me from one to the other. Searching further for the halal label, there are products originating in the Philippines which are directly connected to a koran school. Again, halal is a financier for various forms of Islamization. Follow the money! Swedish companies live in economic symbiosis with the halal industry. Both parties live together, and without knowledge and information, it can be seen as a good deal with increasing profit margins.

Sweden should have a clear law on halal labeling! All markings must be in Swedish with large text on the front of the product. No one needs to be involved in buying products without having made an active choice, which stands for so many things both religiously and politically. Particularly worrying are the sources that are linked to terrorism and the Muslim Brotherhood. How many people at ICA, COOP and Hemköp are aware of this? What makes me shocked is that everyone seems to be asleep on this issue. The National Food Administration, business employees and consumers seem to be as ignorant as the everyday Swedes. What also makes it difficult is that there is no uniform symbol but a wealth of certifications with different colors and forms. It should be easy to do the right thing.

A Week of Outrages

The past week has not been good from the standpoint of horrific attacks around the world. We began with an Australian man attacking two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand and killing 50 Muslim worshipers in a calm and collected manner, which he recorded on video. I have seen it, and it is horrific. I chose not to post it.

At the same time, Nigerian Christians by the hundreds have been slaughtered in the past couple of weeks by so-called "Fulani herders" (Muslims). It has received unbelievably little coverage.

On Monday of this week, a Turkish man boarded a tram in the old Dutch university town  of Utrecht and shot three people to death, wounding five others. He was captured a few hours later. A note he left behind in a hijacked get-a-way car stated that he did it in the "name of Allah".

Then on Wednesday in Milan, a Senegalese school bus driver, with previous arrests for sexual abuse and drunk driving, no less, decided that because Africans were drowning in the Mediterranean trying to make it to Italy, he would tie up 51 school kids and their teachers, douse the bus with gasoline, and set it ablaze, which is exactly what he did. Miraculously, the police arrived just in time to block the bus, break through, and evacuate the kids as the bus erupted in flames. Everybody was saved. This week, the nation of Italy, already reeling from the effects of mass migration into their country of people they cannot support, and the presence of vicious Nigerian gangs, is in shock.

I am an opponent of political Islam and I believe that Islamic immigration is a great danger to the West in many ways. As a human being who doesn't believe that all Muslims are bad, I am horrified by what happened in New Zealand.

At the same time, however, the events in Nigeria, the Netherlands, and Italy should confirm to everyone that Islam has no place in the West. The Europeans should already know that, but with a few exceptions, their leaders plow blindly ahead, determined to create a  multi-cultural paradise by importing those cultures that will never assimilate and threaten to destroy their very societies.

Whether Europe can be saved is an open question. Many believe it is too late. Yet, certain countries in the EU (the new Soviet Union) are  resisting Islamic immigration and acceptance of tens of thousands of refugees. They are mostly the Eastern European countries, recently freed from the shackles of communism and unwilling to throw away their newly-found freedoms. Add Italy to that list under the leadership of Interior Minister Matteo Salvini, who is doing his best to close Italian ports to shipfulls of young, male migrants. He risks assassination, and he even risks being charged by irresponsible prosecutors for closing the ports.

On Wednesday, the Dutch went to the provincial polls and made Thierry Baudet's Forum for Democracy the largest party in the Senate. Much like the courageous Geert Wilders, Baudet is opposed to open borders and understands the threat that the massive Muslim influx poses to Europe.

If what happened in Milan yesterday doesn't convince the bureaucrats of Brussels, nothing will. And yet, I am not hopeful when it comes to EU or leaders like Angela Merkel (Germany), Emmanuel Macron (France), Mark Rutte (Netherlands), Stefan  Löfven (Sweden) and others. What they have failed to grasp is that the first duty of a democratic government is to protect its citizens. In that, they have utterly failed. They have failed their women, who are being raped on a regular basis. They have failed their Jews, who are emigrating by the thousands. They have failed their police, who are overwhelmed by the crime and riots.  They have failed virtually all of their citizens.

If Europe is still democratic, the only hope lies with the voters. With the coming European elections in May, hopefully a change is in the winds.

President Trump Demands Free Speech in Universities

The below two links were sent in today by an anonymous reader. This is something I consider as an important development in improving our universities and protecting free speech. Per his executive order (see first link below), the President has put universities on notice that if they expect to continue receiving federal funding, they must insure that everybody-including conservatives- has the right to enjoy free speech protections on campus.

Though UC Berkeley is in the spotlight here for good reason, the problem exists almost everywhere in academia. Most of the executive order concerns efforts to lower the coat of tuition, which is also a valid concern. I could have suggested that the cost of college could be drastically lowered by eliminating useless departments like ethnic studies, women's studies, gender studies, and Middle East studies (in its current Pan-Arab, anti-Israel, anti-West form). That would save a lot of 6-figure salaries for deans, their assistants, and other bureaucrats.

As for the free speech angle, I wish the order had gone into greater specificity. In other words, universities could have been put on notice that if certain groups have their events disrupted, or they have their speakers cancelled, or roadblocks like high security deposits are put in place, they risk losing federal funds. If Jewish and pro-Israel students continued to be harassed, no more funding. If campus police cannot or will not effectively enforce the law and protect all students, no more funds.

As always, the government must exercise care in controlling education. This should not be a tool to rid universities of all their liberal professors. There is, however, an old adage: If you take someone;s money, expect they will have a voice in how it is spent. Universities are under no compulsion to accept federal dollars. What is being said here is that the federal government can be in the business of funding education, but it doesn't want to fund indoctrination.

Final comment: Kudos to the College Republicans, a once moribund organization, that is now making real change possible for free speech advocates. They are the hope for the future of the Republican party, which has too many fossils sitting in Washington.

Dutch Elections: Good News for the Netherlands

Yesterday, provincial elections were held in the Netherlands. Thierry Baudet's Forum for Democracy party won the most seats and is now the biggest party in the Dutch Senate. Baudet is a strong and articulate opponent of unrestricted immigration. Many Dutch voters view him as a more moderate alternative to Geert Wilders and his Freedom Party (PVV). This is being described as a "blow" to Prime Minister Mark Rutte.

I cannot help but remark what an impressive young lad this is. Thank God he and all the others were saved and kudos to the Carabinieri and police who rescued them. When I was a DEA agent stationed in Milan from 1982-1987, I worked with the police and Carabinieri, so I feel very proud today. Italy is waking up thanks to people like Interior Minister Matteo Salvini. If this incident doesn't wake up the rest of Europe, what will?

Vlad Tepes blog has more updated information on the near-tragic school bus hijacking by a Senegalese man who tried to burn the children and their teachers alive. Miraculously, all escaped. The below link has a video. In the video, the suspect reportedly claimed that he allowed the children to leave the bus. This is contradicted by at least one of the children on video (translation in progress). It appears that the police saved the children by breaking the windows. The suspect, according to the statement of one of the children told them that must all die by burning to avenge the children who die at sea trying to reach Italy.

Milan: Senegalese Tries to Burn School Bus With 51 Kids Inside

Today, a Senegalese school bus driver took 51 school chidlren hostage and tried to burn them alive in the bus in Milan. The driver tied some of the children to their seats and told them he was avenging the actions of Matteo Salvini and Luigi Di Maio in preventing African migrants from entering Italy, which has resulting in people dying at sea. It is not clear if this is directly linked to the on-going story of 49 migrants who have been prevented from entering Italy aboard an Italian NGO ship at Lampedusa. The children all managed to escape and the driver is in custody.

Il Giornale reports that the suspect, Ousseynou Sy, had previous arrests for drunk driving and sexual abuse of minors.

Italy: Salvini Blocks Another Migrant Ship

Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini continues to stand firm against unrestricted migration into Italy. He has blocked another NGO ship from disembarking about 50 migrants who were picked up off the coast of Libya. If you take a good look, it is obvious that almost all-if not all- the migrants are young males. Also keep in mind that the news source, Euro News, is an arm of the pro-migrant European Union.

*Update: The NGO ship involved defied the Italian government and landed the migrants at the Italian port of Lampedusa. The ship has been impounded and Salvini promises that the migrants will not be allowed to enter Italy other than to be fed and given medical attention at Lampedusa. He also promises prosecution for those responible.

Geert Wilders Campaign Add

You have to read between the lines to fully grip the words of Geert Wilders-the most courageous man in Europe-in this campaign ad. (Local elections are tomorrow.) When he stresses certain words like "our" as in "our land", what he is saying is that Muslims will never take over the Netherlands.

Here's hoping that Wilders' party and that of Thierry Baudet will have a great election outcome.
