The Muslim Brotherhood in France (11)

This is the latest in our series of translations of European articles regarding the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in Europe, and the 11th such article on France. It appears as an insert in the French blog posting dated today from Riposte Laique. It reports that the Ministry of Interior is planning to release a sensitive report on the activities of the MB in France. The insert in the posting appears below. The translation is by Fousesquawk.

The shocking inside story of the Muslim Brotherhood in France

An "absolutely alarming document on the goals of the Muslim Brotherhood" will be declassified and unveiled "within the coming weeks", the Minister of Interior, Bruno Retailleau (pictured opposite), announced. According to our investigations, this confidential and unedited report, based on the research of Ambassador Francois Gouyette and Prefect Pascal Courtade, is in the process of being redacted due to its sensitivity. "We can't say everything," confides a security source, "but the French people have to know the scope of the danger".  The structure, the objectives, the methods, and the finances of the Islamist nebula are described. "There are names (and) persons identified," indicates the entourage of the Minister, who evoke a "small, tight pyramid" at its top and enlarged at its base operating across a galaxy of sporting, religious, and cultural associations. In total, there are 130-140 religious sites and about 20 endowment funds "affiliated" with the Muslim Brotherhood. Political patronage, especially local, is already being scrutinized by the prefects, who will be "vigilant" during the municipal elections. The Brotherhood is "a menace that extends silently in a pernicious and subversive manner," Place Beauveau (Ministry of Interior) states. Its purpose is "to cause the fall of all society under sharia (law)." Bruno Retailleau also doesn't hesitate to evoke the danger with his European counterparts, as with recently, the United Kingdom (UK), regarding his primary concerns. There is a naivety in the West, a security source laments.  In the wake of all this, the Minister of Interior will announce a plan to combat the infiltration of the Muslim Brotherhood.
