France: A New Low in Barbarity

The rioting in France during Saturday night-Sunday morning featured a new low in pure barbarity. Rioters rammed a car into the residence of the mayor of a small community outside Paris, set the car on fire as well as a family car, and attempted to burn down the house while the mayor's wife and two small children were sleeping. How barbaric can you get?

The wife was injured on her knee and had to be hospitalized while one of the two children suffered a minor injury. Both children are highly traumatized as can be imagined.

I don't know if there was any security guarding the house, but in this case, these barbarians should have been met with gunfire.
