I think that it's pretty safe to say that you wouldn't believe Biden even if you witnessed the event with your own eyes and it corroborated his side.
I find her suspect because she's clearly in the Trump cult with her bit about Biden supposedly "cheating" to become President. I have a feeling that she's leaving out a whole lot of what happened on her part.
Remember when Trump attacked the Gold Star family? When he called the heroes of WWII "losers"? I bet you easily dismissed that.
I do have trouble believing Biden. He is a long-documented liar.
As for Trump's alleged remark about WW II heroes, you are apparently referring to his Normandy visit. He vehemently denies it, and I don't know what the truth is. If he said it I would condemn it. As for the Khan family...
There are dishonest people, and then there are people who lie as easily as breathing.
I'm skeptical of all politicians. The very nature of the job forces all kinds of compromises, and even a person who is normally honest will find themselves playing fast and loose with the truth.
Trump is in the second category. His entire career is spent on one scam after another (Trump University, to give just one example.) You'd have a harder time finding true statements from him than a lie.

Why do you believe this person's account?
Anonymous,
Who do you believe? If Biden or his team want to say this isn't true, I will decide whether to believe them or not. I doubt that I would.

Do you think that Trump is a person who you can count on to tell the truth?
Considering what he said about McCain, it's completely in line with his personality.
Not really, but that doesn't exactly make him stand out in Washington, does it?
