As previously reported, a riot broke out Saturday in the Belgian city of Liege. The below video is from the Flemish (Dutch) language newspaper in Belgium, De Morgen. The original subtitles are in Dutch. There are three portions where eye-witnesses are giving their accounts in French with Dutch subtitles. (Liege is in the French-speaking part of Belgium.) Note that our English subtitles are based on the Dutch subtitles.
