LOWELL, Mass. – UMass Lowell has been recognized for its inclusive educational culture with a 2020 Blackboard Catalyst Award.

Wow! That's great news, and....Oh wait! What's this?

"I am writing to express my concern and condemnation of the recent (and past) acts of violence against people of color," she wrote. "Recent events recall a tragic history of racism and bias that continue to thrive in this country. I despair for our future as a nation if we do not stand up against violence against anyone. BLACK LIVES MATTER, but also, EVERYONE'S LIFE MATTERS. No one should have to live in fear that they will be targeted for how they look or what they believe."
-Leslie Neal-Boylan
Dean of Nursing School

And for that, Ms Neal-Boylan was fired. So much for inclusiveness at U-Mass Lowell. You can only say, "Black Lives Matter" not "Everyone's life matters".

In case you are wondering whatever happened to liberal hack, Marty Meehan of the House of Representatives (D), he is now the president of the University of Massachusetts. Here is what he has to say about his institution.

"UMass will help determine the kind of future Massachusetts will have and the kind of people we will be. The University is central to making the Commonwealth a place where everyone works for the common good and everyone has a chance to move forward in life and succeed."
