In the small Bavarian town of Obergünzburg, a bus full of school children watched in horror as an Afghan man stabbed his ex-wife to death on the bus. Ironically, Obergünzburg was the scene of a 2017 protest against the deportation of Afghans and other migrants quoting Angela Merkel's famous quote regarding immigration, "We can do this".
