Who's in Charge Here?

In these days of urban unrest, it would be good to look at who is actually running our major cities, especially those hit hardest by crime and rioting. I have listed the mayors, their political affiliations, and police chiefs of most of our largest cities below. Of all the cities listed, only Miami and San Diego have Republican mayors. Many, if not most, have African-American mayors and/or police chiefs. In addition, many of the police departments of those cities are well integrated.

In fact, most of our major cities have been under Democrat control for decades. One wonders when the residents/voters of these cities will hold them accountable.
