French President Emmanuel Macron can issue all the lock down orders he wants, but in certain neighborhoods, they are going to be ignored with impunity. The below Russia Today report was written last month and features a video of what happens when French cops try to enforce the order in one of those infamous "no-go zones". Now they have been told by their own bosses that it just isn't worth the trouble.
