New York City congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has now focused her 29 years of wisdom on the notorious Rikers Island jail in the Big Apple. She wants to close it down. Not because it has a reputation for being.....well, a hellhole. Not because she wants to rescue Paul Manafort, who, for some inexplicable reason, has been transferred there. No, Ocasio-Cortez wants to install solar panels on Rikers Island!
