When Giuseppe Met Angela-One Fine Evening in a Swiss Bar
Italy is abuzz this week over a video that surfaced showing Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte chatting up German Chancellor Angels Merkel at an international meeting in Davos, Switzerland. The audio quality is not good, but Conte is telling Merkel that Interior Minister Matteo Salvini "is against everybody", but that she can count on him (Conte).
So I thought I would have some fun with the tape due to the obvious optics. I have inserted my own sub-titles.
"Come here often?"
* Note: Youtube has taken this video down due to copyright issues. I can still view it myself on my own computer, but I guess nobody else can.
