According to Andy Hayes, who is the asst. vice chancellor for civil rights and title IX ( I wonder if that requires Senate confirmation) at the University of Missouri, if a man who is larger in size than a woman asks her out on date, that might constitute a violation.

The University of Missouri should pay more attention to the size of its student body, which has shrunk in recent years thanks to racial unrest at the Columbia campus in 2015. That was when (now former) professor Melissa Click tried to have a student videographer physically removed from a public demonstration.
