The BBC and other outlets are reporting that a young Saudi woman, who has renounced Islam, is attempting to find refuge in Australia. She reportedly has been detained at Bangkok airport while in transit with an Australian visa. She has sent out text messages claiming she is being held at an airport hotel under supervision of Saudi embassy officials. She is in fear for her life.

If this is true, let us hope that the Australians will offer assistance, and the Thais will allow her to continue on to Australia. Thailand, while a devoutly Buddhist nation, respects freedom of religion.
This is the danger that all apostates from Islam have to live with. If you are a young Saudi female, the danger is only increased. Saudi Arabian law provides for the death penalty for apostates.

it amazes me that the threat of Islam and Sharia Law is all encompassing in todays world and the low information people in the US have no clue. They celebrate the new Sharia and Muslim Brotherhood loving US House Representatives from MI and MN. The one from MI has already violated the US House Code of Behavior with her vulgar anti-Trump rant.
