In the wake of last night's stabbing spree in Manchester, England, there seem to be conflicting statements coming from police as to the suspect's motives. In the below report from Jihad Watch, police indicated they were unsure of the motive. At least Asst Chief Constable of Manchester Rob Potts was unsure not withstanding a very clear video in which the stabber proclais, "Long live the Caliphate. Allahu Akhbar".

According to Fox News, police are treating this as terrorism.

"Unverified speculation"? Do they mean the video showing the man yelling, "Long live the caliphate! Allahu Akhbar"? Seems pretty verified to me.
