Enough Is Enough

For those readers who don't live in California, you may not be aware that we have had a police officer murdered in Northern California. Ronil Singh, of the Newman Police Department was gunned down on Wednesday by a suspect during a traffic stop. The suspect, who was  arrested today in the Bakersfield area, is an illegal alien gang member from Mexico with two arrests for DUI. In short, he should not have been in this country. Thanks to California law, specifically SB 54, California police were prohibited from notifying ICE about this animal.

Ronil Singh was 33 years old and leave behind a wife and 5-month- old son. He himself was an immigrant-a legal immigrant- from Fiji.

The suspect is identified as Gustavo Perez Arriaga. Not only is he in the country illegally, he is identified as a member of the notorious Sureño street gang and has two arrests for drunk driving. His brother, 25-year-old Adrian Virgen and a co-worker, 32-year-old Erik Razo Quiroz, have also also arrested on "accessory after the fact" charges for attempting to protect Arriaga. Police say both men are also in the country illegally.

This is the result of California's sanctuary policy that is enforced by Senate Bill 54, which prohibits state police from notifying immigration authorities except in certain serious crimes. The result is that we have seen murders committed by illegal alien criminals in California who could have and should have been turned over to immigration authorities for deportation once the criminal justice system was done with them. Instead, they are allowed to go back onto the streets to continue their criminal activities. The result here is that we now have a dead police officer.

Ironically, Kevin DeLeon (D), who just ran unsuccessfully for the US Senate against Dianne Feinstein, and who spearheaded SB54 in the California State Senate, and Governor Jerry Brown, a  sanctuary supporter, have sent their condolences to the Singh family. They should be embarrassed. More than that, they should be prosecuted for actively thwarting federal law-with such tragic results.

This is just another reason why we need a wall on our southern border.

My thoughts as well. California has set up CA Citizens for death by illegal aliens due to Sanctuary State laws and pouring money into illegal alien pockets. On one hand, I hate the tax dollars going to those who did nothing for it, as homeless people freeze in the cold winter nights. But the Cultural Marxists running Sacto will want all the illegals voting for them. Hence, Rapists, Murderers, Sex Trafficers, Drug Dealers and Cartels will dwell amongst us. The result is law enforcement endearment and death.
