Michael Avenatti: "The Rent's Too Damn High"

Lawyers are supposed to be models of success. They pride themselves on driving fancy cars, so everybody can see how great they are. Some even have such big egos that they even envision themselves running for president once they get their 15 minutes of fame.

That brings us to Michael Avenatti, who, until a few weeks ago, was a rock star on CNN because he was representing a couple of women named Stormy Daniels and Julie Swetnick. I won't waste any more type on who they are. You can google them if you don't know. In the midst of all this, Avenatti began telling people he was seriously thinking of running for president. Then he got busted this week for allegedly beating up a woman in Los Angeles.

Now, Avenatti's law firm has been evicted for non-payment of rent.

So it would appear that Avenatti's presidential aspirations are up in smoke, but there is some good news for the embattled lawyer. He is now solidly in the running for the Fousesquawk Jerk of the Year award.
