A small coastal town in Italy has learned the hard way what so many other communities have learned about the cultural enrichment offered by Somali migrants. In the town of Ortona, a 20-year-old Somali man, illegally in the country but being taken care of at public expense anyway, stripped naked in public and attacked two elderly women, raping one. Apparently in between the two attacks, he laid out on the beach pleasuring himself while suddenly culturally-enriched Italians called the cops. Translation by Fousesquawk.
