As previously reported over the weekend, a motorist in Los Angeles, attempted to run down two orthodox Jews Friday night. It was reported that the driver had a koran on his dashboard and was yelling anti-Jewish insults.
It is now reported by Arutz Shiva that the suspect is a 32-year-old identified as Mohamed Mohamed. Other Los Angeles news sources are reporting today that he is from Somalia.

It is unclear whether the LA Times has even reported this incident. The LA-based The Israel Group is asking why not.
*Update. Here is an LA Times article on the incident, which was published today ( apparently after the above-referenced query by The Israel Group). The Times identifies the man as Mohamed Mohamed Abdi, from Somalia.
