On Tuesday, the European Parliament voted to pass sanctions against Hungary in retaliation for Hungary's refusal to accept "their fair share" of refugees, migrants and whoever else shows up. Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán and British representative Nigel Farage were there to give the EU a piece of their mind. Orbán told the parliament that his country would not give in to their pressure.

The EU has become just another USSR trying to tell its member states that they do not have the right to make their own laws and determine their own destiny. Ironically, it is the Eastern European nations, who lived so long under the yoke of communism, who are leading the way in showing the most sense. They have been joined by the new government in Italy.
It is time for other nations to follow the lead established by Brexit. The EU needs to collapse under its own weight.
