Shortly after 1 am, French time, a 32-year-old Muslim guy in the town of Nîmes rammed his car into a crowd of pedestrians outside a bar all the while yelling, "Allahu Akhbar", which in Arabic means, "I had the right of way."

Fortunately, the French don't yet have an expression for road rage or they would be blaming it on that. Authorities, predictably, say the man is probably mentally ill. (Aren't they all?)
