Meanwhile, PM Theresa May, an inept bumbler, continues to prattle on about her country's tolerance and diversity.
Once upon a time, Hitler or Goebbels (I forget which) described Britain as a "nation of shopkeepers". Churchill proved him wrong, but the term has become apt under the country's recent line of PMs (after Margaret Thatcher, who was a true leader). Now Britain has seemingly reached the point where they are prepared to forget about their freedoms and go tend their gardens.
