Hat tip The College Fix
It never ceases to amaze me how universities try to put administrative roadblocks up against conservative student groups. When a new group at UC Berkeley called Young Americans for Liberty tried to obtain university recognition, they tried to stop it by claiming that there was a similar student group already on campus. YAL sued and now UCB is changing its policy and paying $$$ to the group.

In their lawsuit YAL pointed out that UCB has given recognition to multiple liberal student organizations in spite of the existence of similar groups on campus. In other words, discrimination.
I wonder if the folks at YAL listed the Muslim Student Association and Students for Justice in Palestine in their documentation.

Tokenism, only. How "liberal" they are, allowing one(1) differing voice.
