Italian police in Turin (Torino) have charged eight young North American men, almost all of whom were Moroccan, with attacks over the past year using an irritant spray on crowds in order to rob them. In one of the attacks last June, an Italian woman died of a heart attack in the ensuing stampede. The Italian news article and video were translated by Yours Truly.
