The tenure of Janet Napolitano at the University of California will go down as probably the worst on the fabled university's history. As ordinary California families find it increasingly difficult to get their kids into the UC system due to high costs, UC is now committing $25.2 million dollars to students who are not even legally in the country.

Keep in mind that Napolitano was once our feckless secretary of Homeland Security under President Obama. Now she is busy at work dismantling what used to be a great university.
