It seems that in Sweden, only the cases coming from the imagination of the (recently deceased) writer Henning Mankell are ever solved. Inspector Kurt Wallender of the Ystad police always got his man. But that was then and in the world of make believe. Today, Sweden is the rape capital of Europe and the cops don't even have the time to interview the suspects-even when they are known.
