State Dept. Press Briefing

Even in the best of administrations, State Dept. press briefings are painful to watch. Ask the spokeshole what time it is, and you can't get a straight answer because they are afraid they'll say something wrong. I don't know this guy's name, but watch as he is asked about Saudi "democracy".
