Chemerinsky: Gorsuch Should Answer Questions or Else

You gotta hand it to UC Irvine law school dean Erwin Chemerinsky. He is nothing if not consistent. In his weekly op-ed with the Orange County Register, Chemo says that Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch should answer certain questions or be filibustered by the Democrats

That can cut both ways, Chemo. Imagine if you were up for confirmation to the Supreme Court and were asked how you would vote on such and such issue. An honest answer would be, "The liberal way, naturally."
