"Let's be a sanctuary house."
This evening, the UC Irvine Student Government is debating resolution calling on the university to become a sanctuary campus (for illegal aliens) Below is the resolution itself:

"Whereas, professionals working in the career center responded negatively and when asked if they valued having one more career opportunity at the fair over the safety of fellow undocumented students/DREAMers/AB540 they responded: Yes because they provide career opportunities as a whole and undocumented students were not majority, and continued to add that UCI undocumented students are “young, mature adults capable of handling our own mental and physical well-being.” disregarding students mental health and actual safety"
