It's not quite the Nobel Peace Prize, but President Obama already has one of those-remember? Now he has another to add to his collection thanks to his stooge secretary of defense, Ash Carter, who has awarded his Commander in Chief with the Department of Defense Distinguished Public Service Medal-whatever that is.

But there is one award that has still eluded Obama's grasp; that is the Fousesquawk Jerk of the Year Award (the Golden Penguin). Oh, to be sure he has come close more than once, and he can still pursue it after his presidency ends.
