Anti-PC Event at UC Irvine Hit by Fire Alarm

Hat tip The College Fix

The College Republicans and Young Americans forLiberty held an event at UC Irvine last week highlighting the assault on free speech by the political correctness crowd. Lo and behold, the screening of a film entitled, "Can We Take a Joke?" was interrupted when someone pulled a fire alarm.

This is just another example of how the PC crowd will attempt (and occasionally succeed) in shutting down any expression they don't agree with. It should serve as a teaching point for students as to the tactics of the left. How many leftist events can you remember where their speaker or event was shut down by the conservative side?
