As I write this foolish old Joe Biden is visiting the West Bank as part of his trip to Israel. He does so as the Palestinian Authority and Fatah are celebrating the recent terror attack this week that injured 12 Israelis and killed an American veteran. The American, Taylor Force, was killed not in the West Bank, but in Jaffa.
