Brandon Judd, the president of the National Border Patrol Council, testified on Capitol Hill today and held nothing back as to just how bad the situation is. We basically have an open border, thanks to President Obama.

President Obama has usurped the constitutional role of the legislative branch. If he doesn't like a law, he instructs the executive branch not to enforce it. This is causing great harm to our country and to the individual states. Yet, this morning, I posted an op-ed by a law school dean arguing that the states who have filed a lawsuit, including Texas, a border state, have no standing because they are not being negatively impacted.
Mr Judd is a courageous man, and I salute him for telling it like it is before Congress.
