I predict that the FBI will indite Hillary, within a couple of months. Also, I predict that Loretta Lynch will not prosecute Hillary due to Progressive ideological reasons. Lynch will will marinate her good reputation as a judge, in human excrement. The result will be an outcry in the nation by Conservative citizens in America, as the MSM ignores the obvious "justice for us" mentality of the political elite.

The FBI will not be able to indict Hillary without the OK from DOJ (Lynch). In practical terms she will have to run it by Obama. Though a president should not try to sway the AG one way or the other, Hillary knows where the bodies are buried in the WH. They knew about her private email server, and she knows what Obama's response or non response was on the night of Benghazi.
This is getting interesting. About the only hope I see for a Hillary indictment is for AG Lynch to reach down and find enough honor, integrity, and guts, if she has them in sufficient quantity, to oppose Obama when he directs her not to pursue an indictment.
IF (big IF) she and enough others in the FBI and the intelligence community were to resign/be fired over the matter and cause a big enough "s---storm", we might possibly see another "Saturday Night Massacre" a la Nixon, where Obama would give in to public pressure.
On another hand, as Gary notes, Hillary certainly knows where a bunch of bodies are buried in this administration, and a lame duck Obama may be so arrogant and ideological that he just might stick to his guns and suck the heat for a few months. Who knows?? Be fun to watch under any conditions.
The director of the FBI, James Comey, is a respected law enforcement officer. He has been credited with more ethical behavior and dedication to the rule of law than Obama, his WH staff and his minions. Comey will not stand for the "justice for us" ideology and will present an indictment on Hillary, as it is very clear that she knew that she was sending classified information over an un-secured server. In fact, Hillary wanted to an aide to erase a classification of a classified email, which is a Federal crime. How could Comey not act on this? He would rather quit his job than bow to the Obama ideological WH. Now Loretta has a problem. When Comey delivers the inditement, she will have to either prosecute or bury it. If she buries it, the FBI personnel will explode, as will the American people, which gives the House of Reps ammo to impeach. All this will have an effect on the next presidential election.

What makes this so bad is that Dems know perfectly well that if Hillary is even indicted, not even convicted (not enough time for that), she is virtually certain to be out of the race and that the remaining Democratic mopes have absolutely no chance of being elected. As an aside, it is being variously reported that both Kerry and Biden are considering jumping in if she is out. Political correctness run amok??
Speaking of which, I believe it was Harry Truman (GIVE 'EM HELL, HARRY) who was quoted as making the following statement about the practice: "Political Correctness is a doctrine, recently fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and promoted by a sick mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of s--t by the clean end!"
Comparing Hillary Clinton to the late Julius and Ethel Rosenberg is an unwarranted slur on the Rosenbergs.
