As President Obama and our allies meet in Turkey to discuss ISIS (and other issues), some Turks in the Turkish city of Gaziantep celebrated the Paris attacks honking horns and waving ISIS flags.
Kinda makes you wonder what Obama and the NATO allies are doing in Turkey, which, believe it or not, is a member nation of NATO.
