Tufts says its new policy highlights the university’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Tufts University is taking its "commitment to diversity and inclusion" to a ridiculous level. They are actively seeking out illegal immigrants for admission (all expenses covered, naturally).

So what are they going to send university representatives down to the border to meet the newcomers as they arrive and offer them all the bennies of an education at Tufts?
