UC Irvine Student Govt. Reverses Flag Ban
Amid national attention brought on by their vote to remove the American flag, the University of California at Irvine Student Government has voted to reverse that decision.

Here is the statement issued by the university prior to today's vote called in an emergency session.

I applaud the university for making this statement, and I especially applaud ASUCI President Reza Zomorradian for his courageous stance against the original vote.
UC Irvine didn't deserve this.

Let's start a bit of rumor and innuendo... the students who proposed and passed this bill are members of a secret order seeking to reinspire the Confederacy. Next they'll want a statue of Jefferson Davis in front of the student union... I bet they all had grandparents in the Ku Klux Klan.
