How so? Does he have an advanced post-graduate degree in the subject? Or is he a militant Muslim himself? Perhaps he has a certificate from the Board of Quality Assurance of Experts on Militant Islam? Or the imprimatur of a school in Cairo?
What makes him an expert, aside from saying things that Gary Fouse approves of?
