Denis McDonough and the Art of Not Answering Questions

They say there is a rule for people in politics when being asked tough questions. Answer the question you wanted to be asked rather than the question that was asked.

Yesterday, White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough was a guest on Chris Wallace's Fox News Sunday show. As you will see, McDonough, aside from the first question on ransom for hostages, did not answer any other questions Wallace asked. He merely repeated WH talking points.
