On October 4, 2011, Holder’s top press aide Tracy Schmaler tells White House Deputy Press Sectary Eric Schultz, “I’m also calling Sharryl’s [sic] editor and reaching out to Scheiffer. She’s out of control.”
Schultz responded, “Good. Her piece was really bad for the AG.”
If you have been following the claims of ex-CBS reporter Sheryl Attkisson that she was targeted by the administration because of her aggressive investigative reporting, no, she's not crazy. She never claimed to have chips planted into her head but she did charge somebody with hacking into her computer based on what an expert told her after conducting an examination. Now thanks to Judicial Watch, which went to court to force the release of thousands of documents that Eric Holder and Obama were trying to keep hidden, we learn that there indeed was communication between the White House and Justice to go after Attkisson. So, we have the POTUS and his puppet Eric participating in a violation of Attkisson's First Amendment rights. But who is looking, as the POTUS and his minions use the U.S. Constitution as their toilet paper. I am still waiting for the POTUS speech on immigration (an unconstitutional act) and will have a air-sick bag close by. The Republicans still need to grow some testicular tissue and find a spine in order to go after Obama.
